Beachbody On Demand App REVIEW

Beachbody On Demand claims it can give you instant access to all their fitness programs on your mobile device. BUT…is this app really worth it? I’ll take you through a review of this fitness app and whether it’s worth the money.

In this review, I will give you my honest review of Beachbody OnDemand, what to expect, a look INSIDE the app, as well as the cost.

They will ask you for credit card information, BUT you will not get charged until AFTER the 14 days are over.

For the first time in this company’s history, you are getting INSTANT front-row access to all their workout programs – programs that have helped countless people -including me- to lose weight and gain a new sense of self-respect for themselves.

With BOD, you can stream workouts anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. That means you can workout while traveling or on the front lawn or even the park!

These programs can be accessed through any mobile device or computer – allowing you to take your workouts anywhere and everywhere at your convenience.

  1. You are super helpful! I’ve been wondering what beach body on demand is. I have done a lot of beach body workouts and loved it! Sadly life happens and I had a couple surgeries.. So I’m trying to get back into healthy life style again! I’m so excited for beach body on demand! Thank you!

    1. Brittany Kiley I’m so glad this was super helpful for you 😍 if you have any questions or ever need some accountability with your journey, don’t hesitate to ask! ❤️

    1. Open Air Preaching Sherrick Duncan yes I believe so. If it’s a Beachbody program, then B.B. OnDemand will have it 🙂

    1. J R. You know, I haven’t really tried Les Mills yet, but that is certainly one program I would like to try out. From what I have heard from my clients, they really enjoy the high-energy, combat-style workouts (from what I have heard it’s a bit like kick-boxing/fight-style exercise). I’ll be sure to dig into this real soon! 🙂

    1. NoUra -al Beachbody On Demand is only an app, but there are options to add on Shakeology and the portion containers as well. I believe the link I have provided offers that option too 🙂 hope that helps!

    1. Nick Humphries I’m sorry to hear that. I am a coach and I do really love the things I review- but what I can say to anyone who is looking for info online, you know yourself best and can discern what works for you. If you want to try this, there is a free trial. If not, then that’s all well and good. Hope you find what you are looking for.
