  2. Yaaaeh….milk is called or should be called the “white death”…made for baby cows…not f^%king humans….fact.

    Avacodos have good fats and are needed for our nervous system. “This videos” avacado was not really ripe; but close…also,…an avacado “tool” can be bought that has small teeth that can’t hurt human skin…no knives needed.

    Coconut milk, and oil are antimicrobial and have good MCFA’s (med. chain fatty acids) that the body paradoxically likes.
